AUSTRALIAN BALLET

Former Principal Artist Kevin Jackson retired from The Australian Ballet in 2021, and his final performances were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of our 2023 Bodytorque.Digital program, I have created a new dance film titled 'What Remains' to act as Kevin's long overdue farewell to audiences. The film examines What Remains when a dancer stops performing. See it free at the link below:

HOUSTON BALLET

So happy that Houston Ballet has announced Filigree and Shadow will be part of their 2023/2024 Season. Created in 2015 for the Australian Ballet and restaged by them in 2018 and 2019, Filigree and Shadow was first performed by Houston Ballet in 2018 just after Hurricane Harvey had caused so much flooding and damage to the city. I arrived to find a company who despite their huge challenges, were heroically living the mantra, 'the show must go on'... Now, with their theatre resurrected, I'm so honoured and thrilled to be asked back to re-stage Filigree - a ballet about courage and resilience... More info to come
